Our next round of Master Classes start on the 8th of May. We are running the following programs:
- Monday and Wednesday morning at 6am – beginner or maintenance
- Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6am – maintenance or advanced
- Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6pm – maintenance or advanced
Each class consists of:
1 x 60-minute testing session
12 x 60-minute exercise sessions (two per week) combining resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching.
The option of electronic exercise tracking or an exercise homework diary and motivational book for use outside the sessions.
Access to either an eating plan customised to your needs, or the CSIRO nutrition plan.
These classes are limited to eight persons, but as a first, we are allowing people to cross over classes. If you can commit to one day on one program and not the second session, we will allow people to attend their session on another day of choice. This needs to be confirmed with David prior to starting.
